Gorgeous duplex and really nice condition. Lots of beautiful molding and hardwood floors. This owner has redone the kitchens and the hardwood floors. Downstairs unit has three bedrooms and they are very generous. The owner has put in a new air conditioning unit. Upstairs is absolutely gorgeous and has had a long time tenant in there. They would like to stay. Downstairs unit is vacant and we are going to leave it like that for ease of showing. There is laundry facility in the basement for both units.
