On the outside, she’s all done up. New dimensional roof. New double hung windows. New soffits, gutters, and aluminum wrap. On the inside, well, here we go! Both baths are gutted, plumbing, vanities, toilets, and tub replaced including a lovely ceramic tile surround. We tore the kitchen all the way down too! New cabinets, countertops, and LVT flooring. Not to mention we replaced the plumbing. Enjoy brand new stainless steel, GE appliances including a French door refrigerator with water and ice on the door. Every piece of trim on the interior is also brand new. All the interior doors, yep. Closet doors? We replaced those too. Light fixtures, ceiling fans, of course! Switches and outlets, well yeah. Electrical panel? We’re replacing that too. What about the water supply for the washer? You guessed it. And of course, we painted the entire home with a contemporary color that goes with EVERYTHING!
